With JobDreaming, job candidates describe their dream job by completing a fill-in-the-blank form that takes 30 seconds to complete.
When a match is found, the job seeker is notified by e-mail, where they answer a few brief questions to confirm their interest and job skills. If it’s a match, then the recruiter is put in touch with the candidate via e-mail, so they can finalize the rest of the hiring process. Now all that’s left is to land your dream job!
