Showcased at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show and due in stores circa summertime, the forthcoming glasses double as both a high-contrast Web-connected HD display and slick sun-blockers.
The glasses transform online input coming from compatible WiFi-enabled mobile devices into hologram structures that are directly overlaid on the viewer’s line of sight, creating an image that is equal parts virtual and real-world.
