The farmer from Changsha who brought us this functional battery-powered suitcase that doubles as a scooter, which he has dubbed the City Cab, takes the baby for a test run. We say it lives up to the hype.
He Liang spent around 10 years building the City Cab, made up of an electric scooter embedded into a suitcase, with handlebars, GPS navigation and a burglar alarm. The suitcase weighs seven kilograms, can carry two passengers at a time and travels up to 20 kilometers per hour for a distance of around 60 kilometers on full charge.
