Jay Day, who operates a drone store for hobbyists at in Cincinnati, is opening Dayton Drones at the Dayton Mall. Dayton Drones is a drone sales and training store and is possibly the first-of-its-kind in the United States.
The store is entirely dedicated to drones of every shape and size, Day said. These drones range in price from $30 to $150,000, although Day said the most expensive one he has in the store costs $15,000.
“I’m going for the consumer as well as the business end of it,” he said.
The store includes a training center where customers can learn how to fly their drones around both an indoor obstacle course and indoor race track.
